When Lisa Baue, the former owner and CEO of Baue Funeral Homes, Crematory & Cemetery in Missouri, decided to sell her company to Park Lawn Corp. in 2019, she knew she didn’t want to step away from work – and deathcare – completely.

In 2021, she founded Your Funeral Coach, consulting with individuals and their businesses to help them with growth initiatives. That coaching sparked something within Baue – a passion to advocate for women as leaders.
